Young Investigator Awards and Best Oral & Case Competition awards will be granted to a limited number of exceptional abstracts.
The final decision regarding the awards will be made by the Program Committee, and the winners will be notified in advance.

Travel Grants Guidelines

Eligibility: International attendees and foreign residents in Korea whose abstracts have been accepted are automatically eligible for the Travel Grants.

Mandatory RegistrationTo be eligible for the grants, the presenting author must complete the registration and payment process in advance.

Registration Fee Refund: The registration fee will be fully refunded after the conference concludes.

Presenter Only: The grant must be received by the presenting author in person.

No Proxy: Proxy receipt is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

One Grant per Person: Limited to one payment per individual, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts.

Attendance & Presentation Requirements:

Oral Sessions: The grant will not be provided if the on-site presentation is not conducted.

e-Poster Exhibition: Although there is no presentation session, the presenting author must be physically present on-site to receive the grants.
