Registration Guideline

If you wish to attend PH Korea 2026, please follow the online registration process using the information provided below.

Note: Nurses, Other Professionals, and Residents must submit proof of status along with a registration form issued by their organization. Seniors aged 65 or older are required to submit a copy of their resident registration card.

Visa Requirement

If you require a visa to enter Korea, please check with your local Korean embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary documents.
Please allow yourself ample time to obtain the required paperwork before your departure. Upon request, the PH Korea 2026 secretariat will send a letter of invitation to registrants whose payments have been verified. Please note that this invitation does not provide any financial support, nor does it guarantee the acceptance of an abstract.

Notarized Invitation Letter

If you need a Notarized Invitation Letter for visa or any other purposes, please send your request by email along with a copy of your passport to the secretariat (reg.kphs@gmail.com). If you do not include a copy of your passport, the secretariat will prepare the notarized invitation letter based on the information provided during registration and will not be held responsible for any errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information. Upon receiving your request, the notarized letter will be sent to you by airmail within one month of confirming your full payment. Please note that there is an additional fee of USD 60 for notary services and international mailing, which must be paid via wire transfer.

Payment Method

Payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Bank Transfer
Please transfer the registration fee directly to the provided bank account.
A copy of the remittance receipt should be sent via email to the PH Korea 2026 secretariat.
All bank remittance charges must be paid by the registrants. Kindly ensure that your name is clearly indicated on the transfer record.

Credit Card
Credit card payments are accepted via Mastercard, Visa, and JCB. Please note that AMEX is not accepted on our online payment system.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available if you cancel your registration before the pre-registration deadline.
Please note that refunds will not be available after this deadline. All approved refunds will be processed after the symposium.
